Senator JD Vance claims he hasn't heard the racist joke made at the rally.. Vance, Trump's running mate, was questioned about the joke in Wisconsin.. The joke was reportedly made about Puerto Rican comedian Tony Hinchcliffe.. Vance insists he only heard about the joke, not witnessed it firsthand.
