Sean 'Diddy' Combs plans to appeal the judge's bail denial this Wednesday afternoon.. He faces charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, pleaded not guilty in federal court.. Combs is held in the Special Housing Unit at the Metropolitan Detention Center until his court appearance.. The appeal will be heard by US District Court Judge Andrew Carter at 3:30 p.m. ET.
