ICE reports over 13,000 immigrants convicted of homicide are living freely in the U.S.. These immigrants are part of ICE's 'non-detained' docket with pending immigration cases.. The data was provided to Congress by ICE earlier this week.. Some immigrants are not prioritized for detention, while others cannot be found by ICE.
